Rumer Willis usually has a quirky crop

Rumer Willis shocked onlookers yesterday when she stepped out with a dramatic new look.

The actress, 20, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has replaced her pixie crop with long red locks.

Wearing sunglasses and a leather jacket, Rumer showed off the extensions as she strolled through LAX airport.

Earlier this year, she admitted she wasn't happy with her appearance.
