Actress also receives an apology from newspaper
Tuesday, 30 September 2008
Sienna Miller has accepted £15,000 in damages from the Daily Star over a photo she claimed violated her privacy.
The actress, 26, launched proceedings after the snap appeared in the tabloid on September 11.
The newspaper has also printed an apology following the out-of-court settlement.
In January, Sienna won a High Court privacy case against a photographer who took nude pictures of her without her consent.
The photos were taken while she was filming Hippie Hippie Shake in LA.

Sienna Miller was clearly trying to hide her face in the elevator, not out of distress but embarrassment, a few days earlier I believe she had a new botox and filler treatment. Its OK to take her picture when she is ready for her cameras. This is hypocritical surely. She was sensible to settle for an out of court settlement.
i agree with JOSE one minute she wants the attention next she does a dramatic pose at the elevator, she was seen with a friend in a cafe giggling and running out of the back door thinking they had actually missed the paps. miller thinks this is all a laugh but i bet mrs getty is not laughing.
