Sienna Miller wins £15k damages over paparazzi snap

Actress also receives an apology from newspaper

Sienna Miller is the perfect pin up

Sienna Miller has accepted £15,000 in damages from the Daily Star over a photo she claimed violated her privacy.

The actress, 26, launched proceedings after the snap appeared in the tabloid on September 11.

The newspaper has also printed an apology following the out-of-court settlement.

In January, Sienna won a High Court privacy case against a photographer who took nude pictures of her without her consent.

The photos were taken while she was filming Hippie Hippie Shake in LA.
