Boy George says Tina Turner is the rudest popstar he's met.

The Culture Club frontman, real name George O'Dowd, saw the singer at a concert.

'I’m a huge fan but I met her with Elton John backstage at a gig and she turned her back on me,' he tells Metro.

'He introduced everyone and, when he got to me, she turned around. Maybe she didn’t like my lipstick.

'Or maybe she didn’t notice me in my big hat and make-up.'
