Ronnie Wood could face £50m divorce bill

Jo Wood calls in divorce lawyers after her husband refuses to give up young lover Ekaterina Ivanova

Ronnie Wood shared a romantic meal with Ekaterina Ivanova last week

Ronnie Wood’s wife Jo is said to have consulted divorce lawyers, with experts predicting she could receive a whopping £50million payout.

She is said to be convinced her 23-year marriage to the Rolling Stones star is over after he's refused to give up his 20-year-old lover Ekaterina Ivanova.

Jo, 53, could also get a stake of his future earnings because she has so much involvement in his business ventures.

'She has spoken with her legal team and they’ve made it clear she is in a terrifically strong position,' a source tells the News Of The World.

‘The family are backing their mum in this fight. Ronnie has undoubtedly let them all down.’

Ronnie, 61, and Ekaterina were pictured enjoying a candlelit meal at London restaurant Locanda Locatelli last Monday. In one snap, she was even seen feeding him ice cream.

But despite Ronnie’s behaviour, Jo says she still cares for him.

‘I just want us to be friends now,’ she tells the Daily Mail. ‘We’ve been through too much together not to stay as friends, whatever happens next.

'I’m still in touch with him and I’ve seen him. And despite everything I still really care for Ronnie.’

Ronnie and Jo’s reps declined to comment on the divorce.
