Fearne Cotton 'cools relationship with Steve Jones'

TV star said to be gutted by Pamela Anderson's comments

T4 presenter Steve Jones and Radio 1 host Fearne Cotton began dating in the summer

Fearne Cotton and boyfriend Steve Jones might not be getting serious anytime soon.

Their relationship is said to have cooled after Pamela Anderson revealed she's still in touch with him.

The T4 hunk, 31, had a brief fling with Pam, 41, in 2004 and 2006 and last week she let slip that he'd been in contact.

'He just texted me last night. He didn't say anything [about a girlfriend],' she said. 'I had no idea.

'I still love Steve. He's great. He's the best. I love his accent. He should've warned me about his girlfriend though!'

Insiders claim Fearne, 27, is gutted.

‘She was enjoying herself but seems to have realised it was just a bit of fun and that he doesn't want a serious relationship,’ a pal tells the Sunday People.

‘She began doubting they'll ever be a proper couple.’
