Girls Aloud's Nadine Coyle suffering from shingles

Singer is struck down with contagious illness

Nadine Coyle is not very well

Nadine Coyle was forced to pull out of an interview yesterday because she has shingles.

The Girls Aloud star, 23, was due to appear on Radio 1 with the rest of her bandmates.

But doctors are thought to have told her to stay at home and rest while she has the chicken pox-related illness.

‘Nicola’s got a terrible bug,’ Nicola Roberts told Jo Whiley. ‘She’s got shingles.’

The girls - Sarah Harding, 26, Kimberley Walsh, 26, Cheryl Cole, 25 – were promoting new single The Promise.
