Rock chick says dad Ozzy Osbourne gave the sparkler on her ring finger

Kelly Osbourne has rubbished claims boyfriend Luke Worrell has proposed to her.
The rock chick was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger after leaving London’s Nobu, sparking rumours that the model had asked her to marry him.
But Kelly’s rep has set the record straight.
‘No, she's not engaged,’ her spokesperson says. ‘The ring was actually a present from her dad Ozzy.’
Kelly, 23, and Luke, 18, have been dating since earlier this year.
