Star speaks out after singer's drugs caution
Wednesday, 24 September 2008
Boy George has offered his support to George Michael following his drugs arrest in a public toilet on Friday.
The former Wham! star was cautioned for possessing class A and class C substances, thought to include crack cocaine.
Now Boy George, 47, who has battled his own addictions, has given his pal some words of wisdom.
'I’m sober now and don’t drink or take drugs, and I can see that it’s chaotic and miserable,' he says.
'If I was going to give him any advice I say he’s very lucky to do what he does and get paid for it.
'He needs to get a perspective and get away from drugs and get clean.'
Yesterday, George, 45, jetted out from Luton Airport to the south of France with partner Kenny Goss, 50.
'They looked like they were going away for some time judging by all the luggage,' said an onlooker.

Like boy George is an example? Yes Geroge Michael has problems, yes he needs help in sorting those out, but what he does not need is this nerd and ones like him, that have never got on with him, giving him advice. All George needs is his partner, his family, and his real friends.
