Police think photo was copied from memory card

Jamie Lynn Spears starred in Zoey 101

A snap of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her baby is said to have been stolen.

The picture of the actress and newborn daughter Maddie Briann was apparently taken on her fiancé Casey Aldridge's digital camera.

'We have been informed that someone was trying to solicit personal photos that belong to Jamie Lynn, and currently the proper authorities are looking into the matter,' her rep told OK!.

Casey reportedly took his camera to a store to have pictures made from the memory card, and officials believe someone made extra copies. 

Police are trying to recover the stolen pics of Jamie, 17, who is classified as a minor.

Buying or selling the photos could constitute a violation of the law prohibiting pornography.
