Jessie Wallace slams Strictly Come Dancing co-stars

Ex-EastEnder said to have caused upset behind the scenes of ballroom show

Jessie Wallace is best known for her role as Kat Slater in EastEnders

Jessie Wallace has been accused of causing tension on the set of Strictly Come Dancing by slagging off her co-stars.

The ex-EastEnder, 36, is rumoured to have been stirring things up backstage by bitching behind her fellow dancer’s backs.

‘Jessie is a bit of a loudmouth and she was overheard remarking that she thought Cherie Lunghi looked like a bit of a snob,’ a source tells The Mail On Sunday.

‘She made a comment about Jodie Kidd looking like a horse while talking to a girl on the production team.'

Her bitching hasn't endeared her to anyone on set.

‘Jessie is probably the least popular person on the show,’ the source continues. ‘She was complaining loudly that Rachel Stevens and Lisa Snowdon got all the best dresses for the promotional shots.’

The BBC defended the star in a statement saying: ‘There is absolutely no problem on the show with Jessie Wallace.’
