She also offers diet tips, recipes and advice on nutrition.
‘For anyone with jubbily bits, I’m going to tighten you up, make you laugh and enjoy your workout no matter what level of fitness you are,’ she tells People.
The three-disc workout will be released on 3 February 2009.
