Ellen DeGeneres: I told Justin Timberlake not to perform at my wedding

Chat show host says she didn't want a huge bash

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have been together for 4 years

Ellen DeGeneres has revealed that Justin Timberlake was set to sing at her wedding to Portia de Rossi.

The chat show host, 50, had agreed to let the 27-year-old star perform a new song he had written especially for the occasion.

But Ellen, who had also asked George Michael to appear, got last-minute nerves and cancelled them both.

‘It just got bigger and bigger,’ Ellen tells Us Weekly. ‘It was going to be gigantic and Ryan [Seacrest] talked us out of it.’

In the end, she and Portia, 35, settled for an intimate ceremony with close family and friends at their home in LA last month.
