Kevin Federline 'wants to get back with Britney Spears'

Pair could reunite for the sake of their sons

Britney Spears has given sole custody of her kids to Kevin Federline

Kevin Federline reportedly wants to reignite his relationship with Britney Spears.

The couple split in 2006 and their divorce was finalised last year.

But now K-Fed, 30, is said to have realised he still holds a torch for his ex.

‘Kevin apologised to Britney for his failings as a husband and said he wanted a fresh start,’ a source says.

‘He confessed she’s the love of his life, his soul-mate and was sorry things went so wrong with them.’

And Britney, 26, is believed to be keen to make a go of things too, for the sake of their sons Sean Preston, nearly 3, and Jayden James, 2.

‘Brit never got over Kev and she hopes this is the first step towards them reconciling,’ the source tells the Daily Star.

‘She knows a lot has happened but at least she now knows he still loves her.'

‘Getting back with Kevin could be a great move.’
