How the Strictly Come Dancing host has got back into shape

Tess Daly put herself on a diet and exercise regime to get into shape for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
She's ditched her favourite treats – such as crisps and Mars Bars – and instead tucks into soups and salads. And now the 5ft 9in star is now back to a trim size 12.
‘Tess would normally allow herself the occasional chocolate bar during breaks in filming, but this year we’ve noticed a real difference,’ a source tells Now.
‘She’s eating healthily all the way. She says she doesn’t miss the naughty foods at all.’
But the 37-year-old isn't so keen on working out at the gym.
‘I do an hour and work hard with weights and stuff,’ she says. ‘I have to drag myself there, mind you. I don’t enjoy the gym. It’s my idea of hell.'
