Kate Moss: I love the smell of petrol

Model says daughter Lila Grace is also a big fan

Supermodel Kate Moss launches her new perfume Velvet Hour this week

Kate Moss has admitted she and daughter Lila Grace enjoy the smell of petrol fumes.

The model, 34, insists there's something unique about the overpowering scent.

'I remember loving that smell when I was young,' she tells Company.

'I've heard it's one of the most preferred scents in the world ­ - maybe that's something to study for my next fragrance.

'Worryingly, my daughter Lila loves the smell of gasoline, too ­ she always says: "Mummy, keep the door open," when I'm filling up the car.'

Lila, 5, is Kate's daughter with ex Jefferson Hack.
