Victoria Beckham showcased her new look at new York Fashion Week

Victoria Beckham unveiled her ‘pixie’ haircut at New York Fashion Week on 9 September – but she also looked like she'd lost yet more weight.

But despite her skeletal frame, wire-thin arms and protruding chest bones, Posh claims she's never been happier: ‘I am confident. David is incredibly supportive – he’s very proud of me.’

But the truth is her painfully skinny look will worry husband David, 33, who is said to be desperate for his wife to be comfortable with her body image.

A source tells Now: ‘It’s hard for Victoria. She can’t help but feel insecure, especially next to David, who’s seen as having the world’s hottest body.

'Can you imagine having to deal with that if you have your own body issues?’
