Cheryl Cole: Ashley and I are trying for a baby

Girls Aloud singer has forgiven love cheat husband and is ready to start a family

Cheryl Cole has said that she finally feels ready to start a family with husband Ashley.

The Girls Aloud judge was left heartbroken in January when he cheated on her with single mum Aimee Walton.

But now their marriage is back on track.

‘I want to start working on that baby,’ she says. ‘I've been broody since I was about 16. I'd love to have a big family.’

And friends are convinced their relationship will go the distance.

‘It’s just like the good old days for Cheryl and Ashley,’ a pal tells the Sunday People.

‘[It] finally looks like her trust in him has been restored.’

Cheryl, 25, married Ashley, 27, in a lavish ceremony in 2006.
