Actress is almost back to her old size

Natalie Cassidy has gained much all the weight she fought so hard to lose last year.
The former EastEnders actress, 25, ditched 4st working with personal trainer Dee Thresher for her Now & Then DVD.
And Dee says she's upset the actress has gone back to her old ways.
'I'm really disappointed that Natalie has put the weight back on,’ she says.
'We worked really hard to get her to change her routine and bad habits and became really close friends.
'I haven't heard from her since she took me on holiday with her in March - she was so determined to keep up the routine and to keep her fab new shape.'
But Dee thinks Natalie - who went from a size 14 to a size 8 - has been tempted by bad eating habits.
‘I think Natalie has slowly slipped back into her old habits,’ she says.
'We talked about how she might gain the odd pound or two but I never thought she would be as big as she was before.’

I think people should give her a break. It's hard enough to lose weight and keep it off, it must be 100 times harder when you are a celebrity and constantly in the spotlight with people judging you all the time. She's proven she can lose weight, she'll be able to do it again.
