Balthazar Getty's wife 'delays divorce proceedings'

Rosetta holds fire on going to court despite his relationship with Sienna Miller

Balthaza Getty and wife Rosetta have 4 children together

Balthazar Getty's estranged wife Rosetta is said to have put on hold moves to end their marriage.

The actor – who is an heir to his family's oil fortune – separated from his wife earlier this year, shortly before he began dating Sienna Miller, 26.

Insiders have speculated that Rosetta, 38, has decided not to file for divorce because legally ending the marriage would stop her entitlement to any of his future earnings – including his inheritance, reports the Daily Mail.

It's thought she is trying to secure the future of their 4 young children.

The family of Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar, 33, are said to be giving Rosetta their full support.
