WAG realises there's more important things in life than fame and money
Sunday, 21 September 2008
Coleen Rooney has vowed not to let her celeb status turn her into a diva.
The WAG says her sister Rosie, 10, who suffers from a degenerative disease that means she can't walk or talk, has shown her how privileged her life is.
'I look at her and think how lucky I am just to have my health,' she says. 'All the other things... they don't really matter. Rosie makes you realise, when you moan about small things, how little you've got to worry about.'
Coleen, 22, asked Rosie to be one of her bridesmaids when she married Manchester United footballer Wayne, also 22, in Italy in June.
'We covered her wheelchair in the same material as my dress,' she tells Daily Star Sunday. 'She looked lovely when my cousin Sophia pushed her down the aisle.
'She talks with her eyes. They light up. You could tell she was made up.'
