Pair spotted celebrating his 40th in Mayfair

Hugh Grant has sparked speculation he is back with Jemima Khan.
The actor was snapped being driven home by the socialite this week.
They had been out together at Mayfair eatery La Petite Maison to celebrate Hugh’s 48th birthday.
Jemima, 34, split with him in February 2007 after three years but they have remained close.
Hugh was linked to model Catherine Fulmer, 27, last week.
