Robert Downey Jr says he can’t resist telling tales about his time in prison.
The Tropic Thunder actor says they always prove popular at parties.
‘Jailhouse stories really bring the house down,’ he says.
But Robert, 43, thinks it's unhealthy to keep revisiting the past.
‘It’s the sociopath using his trauma as currency,’ he tells Sunday Times magazine.
‘Bad form, self-deprecation, another character flaw.'
Robert spent time in jail for drug possession in the 90s.
