Celebrity chef says waitress mistook his wrinkles for healed wounds

Gordon Ramsay has first-hand experience of LA's obsession with youth and looks.
The 41-year-old chef says that when he first went to the States, people would openly comment on his deep-set wrinkles.
'My first year here, I was staying at the Chateau Marmont and this room service waitress turned up and goes: "'Oh my God, what happened to your face?"' he tells The Times.
'I said: "What do you mean?" She said: "Did you go through a car windscreen?'"
Gordon recently opened his restaurant London in West Hollywood.
