Reality star had to fight him to escape
Tuesday, 9 September 2008
Jade Goody has revealed that a man pretending to be a taxi driver tried to kidnap her.
The reality star, 27, and her then boyfriend climbed into his car thinking it was a cab.
But when the driver dumped Jack Tweed, 21, in the middle on nowhere, Jade panicked.
She managed to overpower him and get out of the vehicle.
‘I didn’t know what to do, then instinct kicked in,’ she writes in new book Jade: Catch A Falling Star.
‘It was to grab the driver’s head and begin hitting him as hard as I could.
'I pulled on the gear stick and tried everything. Then I leaned across, yanked the handbrake and it stopped.’
