Couple say they only have one baby on the way

Ashlee Simpson's 8 months pregnant

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have denied rumours they are expecting twins.

The couple's rep told In Touch: ‘It is not true.’

Pete, 29, and Ashlee, 23, announced her pregnancy shortly after they married in May.

The singer is due to give birth to a boy in November.

Angelina Jolie, 33, and Jennifer Lopez, 39, both had twins this year.
