Pete Doherty: I don't fancy Amy Winehouse

Babyshambles star's not interested in singer

Pete Doherty is currently single

Pete Doherty doesn’t have a crush on Amy Winehouse – and even wrote to her jailbird husband to tell him.

The Babyshambles star, 29, penned a letter to Blake Fielder-Civil after tabloids speculated he was getting too close to the Rehab singer.

‘I said, “Blake mate, I love the pair of you. I’ve no interest in Amy like that. I hope you know that”,’ he tells Live.

‘He wrote back saying, “Don’t listen to what people say. I know it’s not true and you’d rather be banged up here so you could s*** me.”’

Blake, 26, was sentenced to 27-months for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

He is expected to be reunited with Amy, 24, at Christmas.
