Piece Of Me singer is thrilled with gongs

Britney Spears made a spectacular comeback by scooping three MTV Video Music Awards last night.
The singer kicked off the 25th annual event, held at the Paramount Studios in Hollywood, with British comedian Russell Brand.
She won Best Female Video for Piece Of Me, Best Pop Video and Video Of The Year.
‘First I want to thank God,’ she told the crowd. ‘My two beautiful boys for inspiring me every day and my fans, this is for you. Thank you so much!’
Britney, 26, who was panned for her performance of Gimme More last year, wore a dazzling silver dress and long blonde hair extensions.
Over the years she’d been nominated for 16 VMAs, but had never won.
Kanye West closed the show - a year after he vowed never to appear at the VMAs again because he didn't win an award in 2007.
