Actress all smiles as she leaves nail salon

Christina Applegate has been snapped for the first time since she underwent a double mastectomy.

The Samantha Who? actress was spotted leaving a nail salon yesterday afternoon, smiling as she hurried to her car.

Christina, 36, decided to have the op last month after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

But she's planning to have reconstructive surgery to get her cleavage back.

'I'm going to have cute boobs 'til I'm 90, so there's that,’ she said recently.

‘I'll have the best boobs in the nursing home. I'll be the envy of all the ladies around the bridge table.'

She is now free from the disease.
