Pair will scatter her granddad's ashes together

Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan has had words with dad Michael Lohan

Lindsay Lohan's dad hopes he and his daughter can put aside their differences at his father's cremation.

Michael upset the actress, 22, when he accused her rumoured girlfriend Samantha Ronson, 31, of using her for publicity.

She did not attend her granddad's funeral last week - but will be present for the final service.

And Michael, whose dad Richard, 73, died of cancer, thinks it will put an end to their bickering.

‘She is going to be at the burial. All my kids will be there,’ he says.

‘Lindsay is my daughter. Nothing will ever separate a father's love from his kids.’

Michael plans to scatter his dad’s ashes in Cold Spring Harbor, New York.

‘We are going to get on our boat with probably like 50 or 60 people and go out,’ he tells E! Online.

'We are just going to sprinkle them together as a family.’
