West End actress says she couldn't deal with the guilt

Denise Van Outen says she would never cheat on a partner

Denise van Outen has revealed that she would never start a relationship with someone who was already spoken for.

Denise, 34, who is dating Joseph star Lee Mead, 27, says her religious upbringing plays a part in her strong views.

‘I’d never make myself available to a guy who had a partner,’ she says. ‘And I could never be unfaithful. It’s my Catholic upbringing. I wouldn’t be able to deal with the guilt.’

Denise says the entertainment world is full of people doing the dirty and she's cynical about men committing to one woman.

‘I do think a lot of men are unfaithful,’ she tells Weekend. ‘In this industry, it’s everywhere.

‘You have to make an effort. If a guy isn’t feeling loved or isn’t getting attention, he’ll stray.’
