Cheryl Cole wants to remove Charlotte Church chapter in new book

Girls Aloud star fuming over chat show host's recent comments

Cheryl Cole is said to have devoted a whole chapter in Girls Aloud's new book to her feud with Charlotte Church – but now wants to scrap it.

The singer, who has written Dreams That Glitter with her 4 bandmates, is thought to have spoken of her regret over their previous war of words.

But after Charlotte recently reignited the spat by calling the group ‘five dogs without balls’ on her chat show, Cheryl, 25, wants to ditch her apology.

‘Cheryl decided she’s had it with the feud,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘She wrote a sincere passage in the book about how much she regretted it and how much she enjoys Charlotte’s show.

‘She thought it time to grow up and draw a line under it. But there’s only so far you can push her. Charlotte made some entirely unprovoked attacks and that changed Cheryl’s mind on the matter.

‘After hearing them she was straight on to the publishers to tell them to remove the passage. They weren’t best pleased to be tinkering with it at this late stage but said they would do their best.’
