Mother-in-law Georgette Civil says singer needs time off to get back to full health

Amy Winehouse has too much pressure placed on her by her record label and family, according to her mum-in-law.
Blake Fielder-Civil's mum Georgette, 46, claims the singer is made to perform when she should be taking time off to get well.
‘Amy has serious health and drug dependency problems but she is pushed into work,’ she tells the Daily Star.
‘Her health is more important than prancing around on stage. People around her have a duty to help her before she ends up dead.’
Amy, 24, had to pull out of the Rock En Seine festival in Paris on Friday as she was too ill to perform.
Meanwhile, her dad Mitch, 57, is close to buying enough shares to become a non-executive board member at his favourite football club Tottenham Hotspur.
‘Mitch is desperate to have more to do with Tottenham,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘It will relax him and help take his mind off his worries about Amy.’

Well, imagine how productive she would be if she weren't on the blow and the sauce all the time. She SHOULD be working, in fact she should have already come out with another album by now. I had high hopes for this talented singer, instead she turns out to be a lush.
she has a long way 2 go
