Vegetarian actress is upset he's promoting beef

Pamela Anderson is a passionate spokeswoman for animal welfare organisation PETA

Pamela Anderson has revealed that she's mad at Matthew McConaughey for becoming a spokesman for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association.

The 38-year-old actor is to film a series of ads urging Americans to eat more red meat.

But ardent vegetarian and PETA ambassador Pammie, 41, plans to give him a talking to.

'He is so cute, how can he do that?' she tells Daily Star Sunday. 'I'm going to send him a letter.'

Recently the Baywatch star hit out at Jessica Simpson, 28, for wearing a Real Girls Eat Meat T-shirt.

'She's a bitch and a whore,' Pamela told an Australian radio show. Then she added: 'Actually, I don’t know if she was talking about food or men!'
