Actress says talking helps to straighten her head

Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she uses psychotherapy to understand her problems.
The Friends star – who split with musician John Mayer earlier this month – says talking helps her deal with heartache.
‘It’s true that I spent some time regularly taking part in sessions with a psychotherapist,’ she tells Hello!.
‘I find it very normal to lie on a couch every once in a while and to let your head be straightened out. And your heart.’
Jen divorced Brad Pitt, 44, in 2005 after 5 years of marriage.
