Dramatic storyline sees one of the troubled siblings lose her life
Tuesday, 26 August 2008
A dramatic explosion in Hollyoaks will be the climax to Niall Rafferty's murderous revenge on birth mother Myra McQueen.
In scenes to be aired in October, he kidnaps half siblings John-Paul (James Sutton, 24), Carmel (Gemma Merna, 24), Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe, 25), Tina (Leah Hackett, 24) Michaela (Hollie-Jay Bowes, 19) and Jacqui (Clare Cooper, 25).
Niall (Barry Sloane, 27) holds them in the disused church where Myra (Nicole Barber-Lane, 41) abandoned him as a baby – then blows it up.
And one of the sisters loses her life in the blast.
The murderous hairdresser has already killed Max Cunningham (Matt Littler, 26) and poisons John-Paul's fiancé Kieron Hobbs next week (Jake Hendricks, 27).
Insiders say the scenes are set to be some of the most shocking in the soap's history.
