Presenter uses clothes to change the way she feels
Saturday, 30 August 2008
Kelly Osbourne says she hasn't always loved feminine clothes.
The Project Catwalk presenter admits it took her a while to develop a sense of style.
'I've not always been aware of what was cool,' she says.
'I dressed like a boy until I was about 13, then I got periods and realised I should dress a bit more girlie.'
And Kelly, 23, says a fantastic frock can lift her mood.
'Outfits can change how you feel on the inside,' she tells Fabulous.
'There are some days when I wake up feeling absolutely terrible.
'But if I put on a dress I love - even if it's a bit too glam to walk the dog in - it makes me feel loads better.'
