Peaches Geldof can be rather snappy with those close to her, according to journalist pal James Brown.
The former editor of lads' monthly Loaded has been working with Peaches, 19, on a new magazine, which will be the subject of an MTV show later this year, and has got to know her well.
‘I have seen her chew out her long-suffering agent Kirsty in the precociously funny manner of Miranda Richardson as Queen Elizabeth in Blackadder abusing her maid Nursie,’ James tells Grazia.
‘When I suggested the tattoo on her arm, Disappear Here – a line from a Bret Easton Ellis novel – would make a good name for her magazine, Kirsty chipped in that she has suggested it weeks ago.
‘Peaches leapt in with, “Shut up, Kirsty, that’s because you’ve got a stupid voice that everyone takes the piss out of and no one takes any notice of.”
‘I was in tears of laughter because it was really funny rather than spideful. Kirsty, however, does deserve a medal.'
