Actor felt guilty after minor prang in Italy

George Clooney has splashed out £14,000 on a brand new car for one of his female fans.
The generous actor wanted to make it up to the mystery woman after he accidentally hit her motor while out driving.
George, 47, bumped the Lancia Ypsilon from behind in Pennabilli, central Italy.
So he arranged for a new model to be left at the repair garage where the woman was due to collect her old vehicle.
An apology note was left on the windscreen.
‘I’m so sorry,’ it read. ‘Hope you’ll forgive me. George Clooney.’
