Leona Lewis has teamed up with her idol Mariah Carey to record a charity single.

The song Just Stand Up also features 13 other female artists, including Miley Cyrus, 15, Beyonce Knowles, 26, and Rihanna, 20.

The proceeds from the tune will go to the Stand Up To Cancer foundation.

Leona, 23, and Mariah, 38, will also perform the single for a US TV special on 5 September.

Just Stand Up will be released on iTunes on 2 September.
