Tara Palmer-Tomkinson won't go for colonic irrigation

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has vowed never to have colonic irrigation.

The socialite enjoys manicures and pedicures, but isn't into new-age treatments.

‘I’ve no wish to spend my days having weird things like colonic irrigation,’ she says. ‘My bottom is an exit, not an entrance.’

But Tara, 36, can’t live without her weekly massage and admits that she struggles to keep her youthful curves.

‘I have to eat a lot just to keep my weight up, which everyone thinks is really lucky, but it’s not,’ she tells Celebs On Sunday.

‘If I don’t eat, then I look 10 times older and really tired.’
