James Corden to write jokes for lolly sticks

Gavin & Stacey star will work for Wall's

Gavin & Stacey star James Corden is said to be a fan of Wall's ice creams

James Corden has signed a deal with an ice cream manufacturer to write jokes for its lolly sticks.

The Gavin & Stacey star will pen the gags for the Wall's brand, who make Magnum and Feast ice creams.

'We want to relaunch the lolly stick jokes and James is ideal,' a spokesman for the firm tells the Daily Mirror.

'We also heard he was an ice cream fan.'

The new ice creams, featuring the jokes by James, 30, will go on sale next year.
