Former Westlife singer thinks it's wrong
Monday, 18 August 2008
Brian McFadden has sparked outrage among gay groups after saying straight men shouldn't wear pink.
The singer was hosting a breakfast show on More FM in Auckland, New Zealand, when he made the controversial comments.
'If you are not gay, a man should not be wearing pink,' he said.
'Saying pink is a form of red is the same as saying homosexual is a form of male.'
Brian, 28, who is in a relationship with singer and actress Delta Goodrem, is now based in Australia.

Yikes! Whenever a homophobe opens its mouth, dumb things always come out of it. No wonder study after study has shown that the higher the educational level, the more supportive they are of gay rights. This guy sounds like a high school drop-out! A color is just a color. It has no gender. There is nothing wrong with men (gay or straight) wearing pink. Obviously pink sells (just take a quick tour of the mens section in any department store). Anyone who thinks their gender forbids them from wearing a certain color is clearly a sheep who has been socially brainwashed and can't think outside the box. One word - baaaaa. A REAL MAN who is secure enough in his sexuality can wear any color. Only a pussified coward like McFadden would fear that a color might turn him gay. Actually, looking at the above photos, looks like McFadden likes pink very much! Must be a closet homo. Damn. If I saw this uneducated fool on the street, I'd smack its ugly face to a pulp.
