Pop guru thinks The X Factor judge is a natural
Friday, 15 August 2008
Simon Cowell says he had a wonderful time recording The X Factor auditions with Cheryl Cole.
The Girls Aloud singer stepped in when Sharon Osbourne, 55, quit earlier this year.
And Simon, 48, reckons Chezza, 25, was the perfect replacement.
'She is absolutely brilliant,' he says. 'She is one of the best people I have ever worked with.
'She has natural instincts as to whether people are good or not.'
But insiders say the harmony won't last long.
'There probably isn't much rivalry now, but that is because they haven't spent much time together,’ a source tells the Daily Mail.
‘Once the competition starts and they are mentoring different groups - that's when it will come into play because they want to win.'
