Madonna is said to believe she's only 36 – despite the fact that she celebrates her 50th birthday tomorrow.
The high priests of Kabbalah are believed to have calculated her spiritual age – which is some 14 years off her half-century.
Madge is rumoured to have banned guests from mentioning the big 5-0 at the party she's holding at her country mansion on Saturday, reports the Daily Mirror.
However, 11-year-old daughter Lourdes' gift should put a smile on her mum's face – she’s designed a dress for the Material Girl to wear at the bash.
But showbiz pal Justin Timberlake, 27, has been less creative. He's thought to have sent her golf vouchers.

I think Madonna should stop feeling insecure about her age and learn't 2 accept that she's going 2 be 50 years old 2morrow. She should just sit down and relax and thank the Lord Jesus Christ everyday of her life that she has lived 2 see what she wanted 2 acheive in her career and in her personal life as a mother and that she has lived 2 see 50 years old because not many people in general let known celebrities has live 2 see 50 years old much less their next Birthday. Those so called Occultic Kabbalah Priest can tell Madonna what she wants 2 believe about her age, because they know she insecure about her real bioliogical age and they know they making a lot of money out of her regarding their service and religion and the only way 2 make her happy and satisfied and not ruin her big day and keep making money from Madonna in the present future, just give Madonna what she wants because that's what she is used 2, by telling her a little white lie regarding her age and use spiritulism 2 channel the energy into that age group which is 36 of age and when people keep telling her that she looks that young 4 her age, when she really doesn't, because she does look her age and those big biceps and weight loss regime that she's practicing 2 try and look younger than her real age is not doing her no justice at all whatsoever because it only makes her look more unattractive and very musculine. I think Madonna should try and accept her age, and just try and age gracefully not disgracefully. Anyway that's all I have 2 say regarding the Queen of Pop, and will say Happy Birthday Madonna!!!
