Brits have bad dreams about Rehab singer
Wednesday, 13 August 2008
Amy Winehouse is the celebrity most Brits have nightmares about, according to a poll.
The singer, 24, beat Marilyn Manson, 39, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, 57, and The Cheeky Girls in the survey of 3,500 people.
And hotel chain Travelodge, which carried out the study, says bad dreams often involve plummeting from great height.
'Nightmarish thoughts such as falling and being chased are a manifestation of how much the credit crunch is affecting our lives,’ says Leigh McCarron of Travelodge.
‘It's no wonder Gordon Brown is appearing in our nightmares right now because of everyone's fears over the economy.’
