Welsh star finds it strange and disheartening

Singer Duffy says she gets angry when she's likened to other artists.
The Welsh songstress, who won a Mojo award in June for Mercy, wants to be recognised for her own work.
‘It really make me mad that people keep comparing me to Amy Winehouse and Dusty Springfield,’ she tells Celebs On Sunday.
‘It’s just labelling me as something else, without any respect for the struggle, the determination, the focus or artistic vision I have.
‘It’s strange and disheartening to be constantly told who I look like, or who I sound like. I just want to be me.’

duffy should be pretty bloody happy to be compared to amy winehouse, because amy is AMAZING. duffy is know way near as talented and unique as amy. sorry duffy! ahha. but amy is amazing, your just okay

I saw Duffy in Montreal,, wow is all I can say. Duffy has a new sound, Love it so much. A beautiful lady. Duffy, just not jus okay, You're the best, we loved you here in Montreal.
I am still trying to figure what Amy Winehouse is, what is she trying to say in her music, sorry, she just doen't do it for me, I do prefer Duffy thought, its no contest, Duffy wins
I can't stand her voice, I seriously cannot be around when her music starts. On the other hand, Dusty Springfield is a legend and Amy Winehouse's Back To Black album is amazing.
