Frail singer heads to recording studio
Tuesday, 12 August 2008
Amy Winehouse has been snapped for the first time since she was admitted to hospital two weeks ago.
The singer was rushed to A&E when she collapsed at her Camden home after taking the wrong dose of her prescribed medicine.
Since then, Amy, 24, who was kept in hospital overnight, has been cooped up at her flat.
But this week, she ventured out to a recording studio – although she did need a little support.
Her minder was snapped helping her to the car.
‘She looked so fragile and tiny, like a little girl lost,’ an onlooker tells the Daily Star.
‘She is meant to have all these pals as part of her entourage but sometimes she just seems to be small and alone.
‘Obviously people around her thinks she needs close watching, and that a bit of help is needed when she comes out of the house.’
