Case closed without any charged being made

The investigation into Heath Ledger’s fatal prescription drugs overdose has been dropped.
Police had tried to find out how Heath acquired OxyContin and Vicodin without a legal prescription.
But after 7 months, they have closed the case without any charges being made.
‘They don’t believe there’s a viable target,’ an official tells the Associated Press.
Mary-Kate Olsen, 22, was the first person called when his body was found in his Manhattan apartment in January.
She says she knew nothing about the drugs in his room and insists she fully co-operated with police investigations.
Heath died at the age of 28. He left behind daughter Matilda, 2, his child with ex fiancée Michelle Williams, 28.
