Matthew King actor to leave soap in dramatic storyline

Emmerdale’s Matt Healy has announced that he's leaving the ITV1 soap at the end of the year.
The actor, who plays shady businessman Matthew King, is set to be written out in a dramatic fashion.
‘Matthew King will leave Emmerdale in an explosive storyline,’ a show producer tells the Daily Star.
The 39-year-old has played the character for over 5 years and says he’s looking forward to a change of pace.
‘After 5 years wearing Matthew's suits every morning and having to shave every day, I feel ready to pull on some Bermuda shorts and grow a goatee,’ he says.
‘But I've had a brilliant time at Emmerdale and I'm excited about what lies ahead.’
His final scenes will air in December.

HI I got so upset when matthew died in the car crash i was going to cry my eyes out. But i hope you have a great live now but i will miss you soooooo much. But emmerdale will not be the same with out you but the other kings can't die or i will get sooo mega upset.But i really hope you have a fab live now and if you have a wife and kids have fun with them and i will try not worry about emmerdale. And i was upset when matt died and mary there mum and tom and max died i was not that borthed when rose-mary but the others i was. Any way i hope you have a great live style now love you and all the others bye.
